Do you understand that training (with any breed of puppy) is important and will need to be provided or continued when the puppy is brought home to help the puppy mature into a well-behaved adult? Training takes a lot of time and effort, are you willing to give that to the puppy and/or possibly pay for puppy classes to help them mature and be socialized correctly?

(2) I understand that the breeder has the right to select breeders choice puppy or puppies from any litter. (3) I agree that breeder has the right to not offer a given puppy to a family if she believes that the puppy would not be suitable for the family for whatever reason

By signing and submitting this form I acknowledge that the reservation fee will NOT be refunded if I am given the oppotunity to receive a puppy within 12 months of the date of reservation payment or 6 months of my decision to "pass" on a puppy/litter, whichever is sooner
